Return & Refund Policy
Shipping Costs All shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — even if your original order qualified for free shipping (orders over $40).
Return Eligibility We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The item received has a verified quality defect
- The wrong size was shipped (different from what was ordered)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing issues where the correct size was delivered.
Quality & Size Issues If you received a defective item or the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof. We will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
Hygiene Policy For health and hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (including underwear and bodysuits) cannot be tried on or worn. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted for returnn .In accordance with EU consumer rights regulations, sealed intimate apparel that has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons."
